shower scrub

I’ll tell you a little secret about me ——- I HATE scrubbing the shower and tub. Hate it. Where we live, hard water is an issue. I constantly have hard water build up from the dripping faucet, around all the shampoo bottles and along the edge of the tub. We also live in an old house, so mildew is a problem that I am always battling.

I used to spray bleach cleaner on the walls and scrub scrub scrub with Comet, Barkeepers Friend, Pink Stuff, Pumice Stones — everything to very little results.

Then I found Sal’s Suds

Sal’s Suds was a game changer for me. I’m telling you, this stuff is a miracle AND it’s biodegradable, so I don’t feel bad about washing it down the drain. It’s made by Dr. Bronners - the all too familiar Castile Soap that we all love.

HOW TO USE IT

Mix up the bottle, spray it on and there you go. But Seriously, if you are starting work on a tough tub, do it several times throughout the day for about a week. Rinse with HOT water in between applications and pull out the scrub brush once in a while to help the tough spots along.

once your tub is sparkling clean, keep a bottle in the bathroom and spray after each shower or just do a quick spray when your in the the bathroom. This will maintain that beautifully clean shower and eliminate the weekly scrub session!
