Lazy Worcestershire sauce
Generally, I have a bottle of worcestershire sauce in the fridge. I use it to tenderize and flavor beef every time. But once in a while, I find myself in a pinch and need an acidic tenderizer. Traditional worcestershire has ingredients like tamarind, molasses and Fish Sauce or anchovies. If I don’t have a bottle of Worcestershire in the fridge, you can better believe I don’t have tamarind in the pantry.
Introducing Lazy worcestershire sauce: made with ingredients you probably have in the pantry. It’s made in a small batch so you can use it all at once and keep the real stuff on your shopping list
