If you know anything about my kitchen you know that I keep (and display) and abundance of dry ingredients. This ranges from dry beans and flour to pre mixed, just add water, canned good alternatives. This bullion powder is no different.

I know I said chicken, but this is actually totally vegetarian. If it’s only chicken flavored - how is that so? I know what you're thinking, but trust me on this.

The secret ingredient here is nutritional yeast. I am lucky enough to have a Winco grocery store just down that road with a fabulous bulk food section, where I regularly scoop up nutritional yeast. If you aren’t as lucky as me, you can order it here.
